The-Acre-Thanks for the advice -doesn't appear to have parts at present at Rockauto In reply to Neil E .Thanks again but I know its not the reluctor rings.I admit I cannot describe exactly the fault (being non technical) but I know that the mechanic had to get an electrician and use specialist gear to diagnose having taken all 4 wheel hubs etc off and determined its R rear that has the fault.

Hi, I am hoping that some one mechanically minded can help. We have a 2003 sc430 with an unusual fault in the abs pathways on R OS rear suspension and driveshaft.This has been diagnosed by excellent Stuart from Lextech .It requires replace complete Rear R suspension hub,driveshaft and abs sensor(apologies if this doesn 't read correctly as we are not mechanics).I am trying to find secondhand parts as lexus dealer is too expensive and would require someone to put a myriad of parts together at a cost. Given the no of sc430's around not many people have these parts if at all. We wondered if the LS430 would have similar spec parts as this would give more options when approaching breakers etc? Is anyone able to advise please? Thanks

Update - After some more research used Lextech in Hampshire.Excellent chap works out of garages on light industrial area . Toyota and Lexus -Highly recommended.

Hi,Does anyone know an independent Lexus garage /Repairer within a radius of about 60-80miles of Berkshire/hampshire/surrey.Prefer to not go to London but need work on car VSC and ABS lights keep coming on and don't trust the local Lexus dealer and of course their prices.Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Hi, Just bought 2003 dark blue example of this lovely convertible and joined the Club.The drivers rear view door mirror will not move up and down but will move in and out.Passnger side is OK.We are still checking out all the items on the car so may turn up other problems later but most other electrics seem OK. Does anyone know of good car electrician in Wokingham/Reading area who might be able to help rather than taking straight to Lexus main dealer? Advice gratefully received.Thanks
