  1. Why don't u go for the iTrip by Griffin? It attaches to your iPod and transmits over your FM radio. No cables or hookups necessary. Here's the link: http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/itrip/
  2. hi everyone, Well, I finally got my '99 IS200 two weeks ago. :D I know, it's a 5-yr old car but it's still in great condition with low mileage 30 000 km. I have a question: Has anybody experienced the center console getting hot (center console meaning shifter, cup holder, tray)? I've noticed that after about 30 mins of driving the console gets quite hot. I left a set of keys in the middle tray and they got pipin' hot. I don't know if this is normal with this car but my guess is it isn't. Does anyone have any idea on what could be the cause of that and how to fix it? Thanks much for the info.
  3. hi people, This is my first time post. I'm a hopeful lexus owner located in Mauritius (tiny island located in the Indian Ocean). We don't have lexus dealers here so the only way I can get me one of those dream machines is importing one from another country. Anyway, one of the car importers here told me he was bringing in an IS200 in a few days... I actually test drove one a month ago and absolutely loved it, but unfortunately it had already been reserved by another customer %@#! The next one coming in has got to be mine for sure! What I'm worried about is getting the car serviced here. Like I said, there are no Lexus dealers here so my best bet would be to have the car serviced by Toyota. My question is: will Toyota be able to service a Lexus just as well? Cheers.
