Fargo is right about the clock. The spread is very difficult to get to work. It took me about 2 years and some help to figure that thing out. Unfortunately, work has been very busy for a while and I just haven't had the time to devote to getting this kit going. Hopefully by summer I should have a bit more time for this. :(

Ebay, just emailed me today and took led_auto_design's kit OFF ebay. He is now a new member of the "Prohibited, Questionable & Infringing Items ". Thanks for the support and help finding this scam artist.

Just an FYI, sanding the front of an LED will create a lot more heat and decrease the life of the led dramatically. I guess it only cost $20 though, so....

WXMan we have terms and conditions on these boards - a major one is to do with being polite. I can see you have issues with Andi - but if you cannot resolve them in a manner that stays with the T&C's of the boards, then you may be removed. I am just curious too. On IS300.net, they would have banned this guy. I can prove to you that he is using stolen pictures of my dash to market his product. He has yet to address this issue and keeps blowing off the people asking this question. I am sorry if you cannot understand my anger. There are only two people in the world that have done this to perfection so far that I know of. It is me and my partner. That is a long time and speaks to the difficulty of the project. We even had to pay a vendor in China a tooling fee to make some of these parts because they are specifically made for this application. Please understand that my frusteration. I have taken this dash apart so many times that I cannot even come close to counting. I see led refuse to respond to allegations and brush me off like I am not talking. If I have offended anyone, then I am sorry. I would like to ask you a question too if you don't mind... Why would you allow someone who clearly stole pictures from me to stay on here marketing his product? There are a lot of honest guys on here that are being ripped off hoping for a product that will produce the results in that picture of my dash, and getting something vastly different. To me, that is the injustice.

How dumb are you? I cannot tell you how angry I am right now. You want to look like the good guy, but you WILL NOT ANSWER WHY YOU ARE USING STOLEN PICTURES. You have not taken them out of your auction. Bad feedback? If you have pictures and you claim you cannot host them, then how did you get my stolen pictures to appear in your auction. You are worthless and a scam artist. If you think the worst you will get is bad feedback, then you are an idiot. Until you respond to taking my pictures them SHUT YOUR MOUTH. You sell your kit with someone else's picture, then when someone installs it and claims it doesn't look like the picture you cry like a little girl. Well, hmm that is because the pictures aren't even of your kit! If you want to respond to something, respond to this - WHY ARE YOU STEALING MY PICTURES!

Fargo, thanks for trying it! Can you do us all a favor and ban him. He is a scam artist, regardless what the cost. Fargo, please email EBAY as well and file a fraud claim against him. Make sure you give him negative feedback as well!

led, you still haven't answered why you stole the pics out of my album and played them off as your own. You still have not taken my pictures out of your ebay advertisement. Why won't you answer the questions? Because you are a thief. Ebay will ban you, if you ever enter IS300.net I guarantee you will be banned, and hopefully Fargo will ban you. Seriously, if you admit what you have done and take my pictures off your ebay add then I will drop the matter.

If you're not sure about the colour yet, there are also multi-colour leds available, i don't know exactly how they are controlled, but there should be a way to have all your leds in exactly the colour you want, all you need after all is just red, green and blue :) (And in a couple of months Alpine is coming out with the D300 which seems REALLY awesome! Touch screen with force feedback Doesn't even seem all that expensive for the prices I've found :P And btw wxman I mean you're getting over incredibly agressive over those pictures, simple way would be just to put some text in one of the corners or something ;) With the internet, all you have is pictures to show the product. Over at .net in the US everyone understands the work I have put into this and they are as ****** as me.

Individuals have ownership to the video and pictures that they shoot. The only people that can use it are media outlets that use it only in a news story and only if it is during a breaking news situation. I am a stormchaser and I have shot some of the most famous tornado video in the world. If you are a viewer of the BBC or if you have seen the BBC programme Tornado, then you have no doubt seen my video. What led is doing is not only dishonest but it is theft. To be truthful, how can you trust anything he sells if he is marketing his product with stolen pictures. If his kit was as good as he claims, then why in the world would he market his product with my pictures? He must have searched, found my pictures, then decided he could make some quick cash off unsuspecting customers. If you bought his kit and it didn't look like my dash, wouldn't you feel robbed?

It is actually possible to change your aftermarket headunit to any color you want. Actually I changed the lights in my boost controller and Apexi guage controller to blue as well. That is something that we should be able to do for you as well. If you want pics, I pm you with them. Are they difficult to do matey? send me a PM matey, thank Sent you a pm. They are not that hard, but it is a bit tedious. Takes a little time and some concentration. :)

It's the A/C section that gives so many a headache. Specifically the clock section that is so difficult. To get a smooth spread there requires some custom work.
