  1. I'll probably keep my current IS200 for another 3-4 years or so - by which time, there should be some second-hand examples of the soon-to-be-released new IS200 floating around...
  2. If Mat's having 2, I'll err... just have one thanks... :D
  3. What is this world coming to? Sometimes I just despair. I came back to my car the other week to find a dent in the nearside front wing. It looks like some **** has just stamped on it. :tsktsk:
  4. The exhaust looks great. Perhaps it's time I got my first mod. I've got the TTE rear skirt - will this cause any fitting problems?
  5. Last weekend someone (a pedestrian, not someone in a vehicle) was nice enough to put a dent in my nearside front wing whilst it was parked. Sometimes I despair at such acts of random vandalism. How would they feel if someone put a dent in their car? Anyway - my insurance company has asked me to get a quote from a Lexus dealership. These are my options: 1. Lexus Hatfield - who do not have their own bodyshop but use another company for their bodywork stuff. 2. Lexus Edgware Road - who do have their own bodyshop. 3. The insurance company's approved garage. Obviously, option 3 is my least popular choice, however, regarding options 1 & 2, does anyone have any recommendations? Is it better to use a Lexus bodyshop or a bodyshop approved by Lexus? Has anyone had experience (good or bad) of using either Hatfield or Edgware Road for bodywork repairs? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Chi
  6. Went to Thailand earlier this year - hired a boat to one of the islands to shoot guns. Shot an M16 assault rifle, Magnum .357, Colt 9mm and a pump action shotgun. The kick back from the hand guns and shotgun were incredible - much more than I had anticipated. It's quite frightening and goes some way to explain how Samuel L. Jackson and John Travolta survived THAT shootout in Pulp Fiction. One friend fired six shots at a target no more than 15 yards away and missed completely with all six! Spent cases from the 9mm ejecting onto your head was a bit scary too!
  7. In Thailand, they cost about £20-£25 (with audio aswell). My mate bought one but I didn't bother. I wish I had now!
  8. Sounds good to me. I'm up for it.
  9. Paid... :D . Thanks for arranging this Dobedo. This is my first GB - a relatively cheap one - I guess it's downhill from here [note to myself: must apply for more credit]
  10. I'll second that. In any case, it's oil prices and fuel duty which make the prices high - not Esso and BP. In fact, they make very little profit from selling petrol in the UK.
  11. Sony Ericsson T630 - the new and improved version of the already excellent and very popular T610.
  12. Aido - you're making me jealous. I've seriously thought about it but can't really justify it at the moment because I only do about 5 or 6000 miles a year. Also, at the moment, I have other priorities for my cash. I hope to be able to see and hear yours soon if Donnington gets sorted.
  13. Haha...you want equality? You got it... EU Equal Treatment Directive (another EU brainwave) Point taken on EFTA, but personally, I think the pluses outweight the minuses.
  14. I'm very keen to go because I'm gonna miss out on JAE
