I've got software and tester...how can I check the pulse value? It allways show error: aircondition-ECU not availible...but other ECUs ok, so adapter works

Hello everybody! My IS250 only blows cold air on passenger site and on driver side warm, not hot. It happens after removing the battery for an hour. Is there a trick to reset all servo-motors or is something else be broken?
