  1. After my latest patch the sat Nav has worked faultlessly for the last week so all seems to be sorted - i use it daily on my commute to check trafic. Incidentally I use iPhone 7 in car so don’t know if that did contribute but all seems fine now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I have 2018 NX Luxury two months in and loving my first NX. Found Sat Nav bit clunky initially but now used to it and find it really accurate - I use it daily to check trafic on commute and it’s actually more accurate the Audi/VW/ Mercedes I have had.   3. I got called again on Friday by service manager who told me he had just downloaded another updated patch. He immediately sent someone to my workplace to download to my car. Let s see how we get on now but no freezing for two days. There is apparently a further patch to come shortly I am told.   4. So......,car picked up yesterday, cane back all shiny and clean in the afternoon. Drive home no issues. Started the car this morning and it froze!!! Calling them again this morning Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I can’t get hold of the manual!! I am one of those people who actually wades through the whole manual on a new car so I know it inside out. Annoyingly two months into NX ownership and still not up to speed on Sat Nav.....useful things like how to modify your route and avoid delays that appear. Pedantic I know! I booked into the dealers to see salesman to get him to go over it but he was “busy with another customer” when I arrived at the agreed time.   6. Took my March 2018 NX in to dealer on Wednesday to have them look at my “freezing” Sat Nav. Service manager told me that my software is up to date but would log with Lexus as an issue and come back to me. He called me back Thursday to say Lexus have now issued a software patch as the Sat Nav glitches many of us are experiencing are known issue they have been working on. They are taking the car in to apply the patch next Wednesday - will report back Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Things like this keep happening??? Good luck if that’s how you deal with things, personally I like to pick my “fights”. Confronting someone who may or may not have damaged your car is a bad idea!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Nice wishing to sound old, Mr sensible or on in any way patronising but.....to be honest, I think going looking for anyone is a really bad idea, besides which you don’t have any idea who the idiot was.   9. I spoke to service manager when I booked car in. He said according to paperwork etc my current software is fully up to date but he is going to double check when I bring it in. I asked him about pending updates - he said he wasn’t aware of anything pending but will double check and let me know latest latest information from Lexus when I come in.   12. We have CCTV at work and to cut a long story short, clear legal advice is that under NO circumstances are we ever to share it. I had a really annoying mark on my last Mercedes, an anonymous present from someone else’s crap parking. Following a detailed internet search I got rid of most of it... using toothpaste on a damp cloth! It worked amazingly well and enabled me to hand the car back at the end of the PCP deal with no financial penalty. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. Thanks for the responses. It was as described absolutely fine at the dealers so guess it’s something odd with the iPhone. Did hard reset on phone and then pumped up phone volume to max during the call and hey presto. Thanks for the advice, let’s hope it remembers it when I’m commuting in the morning.   16. New to this very helpful forum having picked up my 67 plate NX300H Luxury a month and very happy so far - first ever Lexus moving from predictable German brands. Only real annoying niggle is that when on a Bluetooth call, it is very quiet even at maximum volume setting. I had no such problems with same iPhone in Merc and Audi. Radio and Sat nav etc all fine, it’s just the Bluetooth calls that are too quiet. Any advice on how/if I can adjust..... or is it a Lexus flaw? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
