Hello, I'm keeping my IS300 SE (not much response in "Cars for Sale" but want to mod it a bit with the soprts kit and 18" alloys.... also some xenons... Any advice? Thanks Sumo ;)

Hi all, I previously had a IS200 I currently have a 325 MSport, due to go back to the sealers. Looking to purchase a run around IS300 with full sport styling kit, 18" alloys etc. Can see one on autorader 32K miles on a 52 plate for £8K Another one with 64K miles on a 52 plate for £6K What do you guys recon I should do? I'm sort of thinking the 64K motor is the better deal? Many thanks Sumo

NO GOOD REASON EVEN IF YOUR GOING TO TRADE IN FOE A NEW LEXUS. I HAD FDSH AND THE WORST VALUATION I GOT ON MY IS200 WAS FROM LEXUS...

Black Leather looks best. :P Black, Silver or Slate would be my choice for exterior with the black leather interior. How did the fabric look? I'm waiting for the sport to come out but don't think I'll like the Escaine... So may be better with just the base model and upgrade the alloys to 18"

I live i Aberdeen and drive my IS200 in the snow no probs, :D just drive slowly and in a higher gear than normal. For hills u need to make a run and keep going. If you stop it is difficult to go straight again and the car will move sideways and as someone else has said, kerb the alloys I have Goodyear F1's all round so can't recommend winter tyres :yack: -
That sounds odd to me, a lot of the sporty BM's that use alcantara have a mix of material as well. An all alcantara seat would just look wierd wouldn't it ← Right on, weird indeed, is there an option for leather or mix on the sport,? guess I'll wait till Jan to find out...

I have a 2000V IS200 SE and am waiting for the Sport to trade or a full leather 325 MSport! The Escaine thing is the only thing bugging me about the IS, otherwise it would be a no contest. :)

Anyone know why the 250 sport will only be available in Escaine? Or if leather is and option? at what cost? Is Escaine better thean leather?
