I have a 2018 NX300h that I am extremely happy with apart from a poor radio reception when using DAB. I live in Devon that may not be ideal for signal strength but I find I am losing the signal regularly driving up and around Surrey. When I drive other Lexus cars I don’t get any drop outs in the same area. I have spoken with the local garage but they are unable to find out why. I didn’t notice it when I had the from new but has steadily got worse. I recently had a camera installed in the car that may have impact but it wasn’t noticed at the time. has anyone had similar issues?

Don't worry I will and Lexus have cleaned up the area so that they can also keep an eye on it.

Good news the Lexus dealer has resealed the leak. It would appear that they changed their mind at some stage and did it under the warranty. Thanks guys for your input.

The Lexus Dealership have been excellent so far exceeding expectations. I would rather give them the opportunity to sort this issue out first before naming.

Thanks John for your advice, they are going to have a second look at it. It will be interesting to see their conclusion but I have a feeling I already know.

I have a NX300 that is just over 2 years old having its second service just before Christmas. I was told there was an oil leak on the timing chain area originally but when I recently asked about it being covered on warranty it was mentioned that it was sweating rather than leaking. Would you believe that sweating isn't covered under warranty. Has anyone experienced anything like this as I believe if oil is around the area it must be leaking?

I had problems with the voice control for the first month and was very frustrated that this didn’t work. Eventually I got it to work by shouting at the top of my voice which obviously wasn’t the answer. After further investigation I eventually found out was that I was asking at a too slower speed for it to understand me. I now find speaking at a faster speed I actually gets a response every time. This worked for me hopefully it will work for you.
