My car has been great for last 7yrs but recently kept going into “limp mode” with engine management light on plus VSC & VSC OFF warning light. Diagnostic showed throttle body sensor fault . We bought new part & all ok for 30 miles then back to limp mode and warning lights. This time diagnostic showed throttle pedal sensor. This is attached to the throttle body on the bulk head side of it opposite the one we’ve bought. we cannot buy a new one as no longer being made. My Lexus is a T reg 300 auto. Only 3 yrs ago I bought brand new front disc calliper cradles at £400 the pair. A bolt had seized and then snapped. Now only 35k miles later I need another one for passengers side.There is a thud type noise as I start braking.
