Thanks, gear selector definitely in park, I think they charged the battery on the car as I have been told a fuse had blown,. Car battery has now been replaced and it starts and runs okay, however VSC warning is now displayed so it's going off to the auto electricians to be scanned for faults now!

Hi All, my recently purchased is250 has been in the body shop for 2 weeks having some paintwork repairs after the previous elderly owner had a few bumps, whilst in with them the battery went flat, it's been recharged but the car won't start, dash message saying press the brake but the brake pedal is being pressed? Any ideas? Thanks Dave
