Have very similar problems on my ES300H system, especially trying to cancel a route.

Took my car in for its 2 year service yesterday. I was advised that a complimentary wheel alignment test was now included as routine. Surprise, surprise, my car failed and had to have a full 4 wheel alignment at a cost of £85. Is this a money making gimmick from Lexus?

Listed in the Interior Features of my 2019 ES300h with Premium Pack is a "luggage storage tray under deck board to right side" Where is this?

My ES300H was first registered on 1 March 2019 and I collected it in August that year from dealer in South Wales with 193 miles on the clock and half a tank of petrol! I did a 10 day tour of Devon and Cornwall (oh the freedom from lockdown) and averaged 54mpg over some 1800 miles, confirmed by dividing the mileage by the amount of fuel bought. The on board computer is pretty accurate too. On local mixed runs I'm averaging 45-48 mpg. I can cruise in EV mode at 50mph particularly on restricted motorways where there's no braking necessary. My previous 2 NX300Hs could only manage a 40mpg average and 30mph in EV mode. Less Sux-my key fob has a boot opener button and there is an inboard switch too next to the petrol filler cap release on the right hand side scuttle. I've owned a lexus for the last 20 or so years and you're right. The ES is very special 🙂

Worth noting that Police Advice is never to set your actual home address as home, always set it to a nearby location, just in case the car is stolen whilst you are out and about and the thieves high tail it for your home whilst you are out!
