Have a company car now so reluctantly selling this top of the range RX 450. Beautiful ride no problems with ownership. FLSH. 38k miles. As you're on this forum I think you will know everything about the car but happy to answer any questions you have. Can include thule roof rails and all round rubber floor and boot mats if asking price is met. Roof rails clear the sunroof no issues and comfortable carry 3 bikes.

This for me too. I travelled 2 hrs to pick up and as purchased from a dealer didn't think to check out over. Dents and scratches galore and not normal wear and tear. Calls and email to sales person got nowhere so emailed the dealership manager with photos. Car was picked up following week from my home and returned fully repaired the following week with a loaner RX450 during repair. Manager at the time was Lilo Contato but not sure if he's is still there. Good luck with getting this resolved

I'd check if you haven't in advertantly changed the boot opening settings first. Can't remember the exact setting location but I believe its the steering wheel setting and has certain level if opening

Went from a 2016 RX to a 2019 NX. Only one problem with the NX was the car was significantly smaller then the RX SIGNIFICANTLY. We didn't think much of it when viewing and reading the specs but in daily use became a bit of an issue. This was for my family of 2 adults and 2 children. For the back definitely 2 child seat or 1 childseat and 1 adult only. With the RX can just about manage 2 child seat and 1 adult in the rear. Boot space was also a problem as once the child push chair went in there wasn't much room for other things for a long weekend say. I know it is stating the obvious but the larger space really does make a difference. Both are as comfortable as each other i.e. after a long journey you will exit both cars feeling refreshed but in a full RX it just less claustrophobic Local dealer said we can change now so looking to go back to the RX albeit an older and less spec RX to my current top of the range NX but willing to make that compromise for the additional space. We have a big problem with this around our area. As far as I can tell its not an issue with an NX due to the location but do you know whether its an issue with MY2019 RX? So sad to think that this is the decider as to whether I should change car or not.

Did a quick test on the doorstep this evening and it does appear maps are updated ota. Car advised that the latest map version is 2020v1 and I started the download to test and it did appear to download over home WiFi. Totally agree Andy B. Thanks for all the trailblazers and pioneers to give me the confidence to update mine. All went well no problems. That was before I read Andy B links to the problems others encountered. Pretty sure I would have bottled it I'd read the problems before starting. Quick question. My map db is showing 2018 v2. Is that out of date and do I need to update anyone know? I tend to still rely on inbuilt satnav for short local trips and pulling out googlemap for longer trips for traffic. Anyone run an ipod classic in their NX? I have a strange problem with mine in that I cant seem to select songs from albums. 1. If I go browse all songs all artist and all album or a variation of this it will list all the songs in the ipod in an order which I dont understand but is always the same (similar to the previous RX i had) Now if i select an artist then album or simply an album and choose a song, it will default to the song number in the first list i.e if the song is first in the album i select it will play song 1 from list at 1 above and so on. I had this too on the same car. Its deep in the menu. Go to menu Climate Then press the up button below the track pad Then fan (far right selection) toggle between normal fast or eco Hope that helps Sent from my SM-N960F using Tapatalk

Thanks for your time. Based in London and the dealer is 30 minutes away. Want to avoid going back to the dealer because 1. It's difficult to find time (took close to a month to find time to pick up the car if you can believe it) due to work and family commitment and 2. Hi was hoping someone can check something out for me. Picked up a brand new NX and loving it so far. However noticed these 2 bumps on the rear door when I went to put the child lock on and weren't sure if this is normal or manufacturing defect.
