    Had the same issue and had 2 drivers side replaced...now the other side is playing up. I think there must be faulty batch

    Dealer told me a recall will take place in 2020 to install CarPlay on supported cars. Mine is Mar 2019 and is covered. Best option is to ask your dealer. Hope it helps

    Same problem. Had it twice now, and I have a very clean car ! think it’s a problem and will take to dealers
