Currently just shy of 62k. Back in Nov 2019, traded in my Toyota Avensis for a NX. At the time I was travelling quite a bit for work, doing 15k business miles so I was going to use the CT. Purchased a service plan based on the mileage covering 5 services. Along comes the pandemic and all that planning goes out the window. In 2020 done 3.5k, most of that was done in Jan & Feb 20. Home based now with minimal business travel so by April 2022 I will have paid for servicing the CT until 2024

I can’t help with the error message but earlier this week the dashboard on our CT was lit up like a Christmas tree and car would not start. Called the AA out, fault diagnosed to a flat battery as the car currently is not being used as much as normal due to Covid (was doing a 250 mile, mainly motorway trip at least once a week). I also contacted my Lexus dealer who advised the following Run the car in ready mode for an hour, even longer if you can and probably once a week or once every 2 weeks to keep it charged up! I hope this helps.

That is very impressive. A well maintained car should fly through a MOT but I definitely get nervous waiting for the phone call. Our 2016 NX passed today with no advisories😀😀😀. All sorted for another year.

Our CT flew through the MOT test today with no advisories, pretty good in my opinion, for a 9 year old car. The NX will go through the MOT tomorrow, hoping for the same outcome.

Apologises for hijacking. Lexus Leicester not replying or giving information which is not correct is the reason why I don’t use them for my cars. Although Lexus Leicester is my “local centre” I use Lexus Coventry, the service and friendliness of staff is excellent.

Hi , I have officially joined the forum. I have been reading posts for a while but now have finally decided to join the club. I have a 2011 CT which I have owned since 2013 and have purchased a 2016 NX300h last week. I have been a great fun of the Toyota/Lexus group having previously owned 5 cars. Establish from the onset - I have no technical expertise just a very proud owner.
