  1. A bonded windscreen is a structural component of a modern car, according to the Autoglass fitter who did mine they have to use OEM glass for that reason as well as the camera attachments etc.
  2. I drove the NX Sport back to back with the Takumi and preferred the "luxury" set up to the "sport". The sport was definitely firmer and more planted around bends as well as feeling slightly "brisker' off the start. I went for the softer Takumi version, I find the seats very comfortable but the Ivory Leather needs a bit more care regarding dirt, though still looks good as new after 18 months and 9k miles.
  3. I had a couple of days with front centre right sensor triggering after a very wet drive which included a gravel trackway with big puddles (negotiated at a sensible speed), mentioned it as the car went in for service and the dealer confirmed that the ECU had recorded the sensor error. They replaced the sensor under warranty.
  4. Sorry, autocorrect somehow substituted RX for NX!
  5. The Apple Car, Android Auto upgrade was a condition of my RX purchase last November and, having been "promised" it early in the new year, then May, then September, I'm beginning to lose faith in what Lexus say! It'll be interesting to actually hear from someone who's had their 2019 RX upgraded. AC/AA work brilliantly in my wife's new Jazz especially as you can now use What Three Words to navigate and that App automatically transfers the route into Google Maps.
  6. I use a very simple "apron" type cover that hook over the headrests (cream leather!) which works ok as long as i'm fairly careful when I get in and so I don't push it off sliding into the seat. The heating works well through it but the cooling wouldn't. Fixcape PRO from Amazon
  7. I've had 2 Toyota Priuses and am on my second Lexus NX and nothing has ever gone wrong. In the Toyota/Lexus family I've only ever paid for standard servicing and new tyres.
  8. I've tried all the solutions offered and the route still disappears into the ether, I guess it's a glitch that isn't worth fixing since Apple Car Play will be retrofitted later in the year.
  9. I’ve now tried all this, car links to my home WiFi but no planned route “appears” in the Nav menu.
  10. Welcome to Europe's Leading Lexus Club! Please Enjoy!

  11. Has anyone managed to send a planned route to their car (2019 NX 300h) Navigation from "My Lexus".
