I changed my 12v battery with 100 quid one for my 2017 is300h. My car wasn’t starting so this was the best I could do to get moving. There is another cable in addition to positive and negative cables. does anyone know what it does? it doesn’t fit into mine. Is a Lexus dealership the only place to get replacement batteries? thanks
