  1. Yes, you are right. I find my self regretting getting an IS250 more often than I would to admit, but still love the car. I got it directly from Lexus/Toyota used, so it had checks and repairs done by them.
  2. Thank you. That's about my experience with the car as well, minus the gasket (hopefully).
  3. That was my thought too, cutting my bumper might get too messy. I might go on a hunt for one soon. Also, would an F-Sport bumper also fit and if so, would it be a good idea?
  4. UPDATE: I searched around locally and found a shop that could change the tip and so I did. Just wanted to share some pictures. I believe a second one one the other side would make it look even better, but that's for another time.
  5. Hello everyone, hope you are all safe. I have a few modifications in mind and thought of compiling them into one thread, so here it goes: 1) I would like to change the exhaust tip of my IS220D as it looks pretty bad in my opinion. I have tried searching for a tip to make it look a bit better, but due to its large diameter and downwards looking shape, I haven't been able to find something. Has anyone faced such an issue and is there a solution? I thought of replacing the rear muffler/resonator. 2) Can the rear lip / diffuser be replaced with an F -Sport looking one? 3)To kind of combine the first two, can I change the rear part of the exhaust system to add a second pipe? That would need a second exhaust cut-out on the diffuser and I don't know if it's possible. Its the first one that I am more interested in, as its probably the cheapest to do and wouldn't mess with the car too much. The other two are things that I would like to do but I am open to criticism. Also here is a picture of the back of my car: Thanks to anyone reading!
  6. Hello, thanks for the video and suggestions. The drls draw very little power, well bellow 2A so overloading a circuit probably wont be an issue. I will give the multimeter method a try probably. I am located in Nicosia.
  7. Oh okay. Thought that I didn't explain my problem well. That's exactly what I am doing. I was going to have the DRLs on all the time ( more like All Day Running Lights) but the relay idea is very nice! Thanks for your input, I will work on it once the last parts arrive.
  8. Thanks for the reply. I am located in Cyprus, the car is a UK model I believe. It doesn't have factory drl enabled and can't enable it because I installed HID bulbs. I didn't explain my situation very well. So basically I installed new turn signal bulbs, which have an extra cable which when powered turns them white and when you signal they flash yellow just like normal turn signal bulbs. I just need the location of a 12V ACC power source so that they light up when the car is running. I have ordered the piggy back fuse holder.
  9. Hello everyone, I have recently installed some daylight running turn signal bulbs and I need to find an ACC power source inside the engine bay to power them. I haven't been able to find schematics for the wiring. Is there such a wire located on the headlight wire harness? Also, is there a way to run a cable from the cabin to the engine bay easily? I would like to install a switch to turn on/off the drls if possible. Thanks!
  10. Wow, I am looking to do the same to my 220D, got any more details?
  11. Hey, I installed vland tail lights recently on my is220d which I bought from amazon uk and shipped with no import fees to Cyprus.
