hey people i flew the coup for a while and had a renault 225 F1 edition but sold that to get another lexus so just wanted to say to everyone. i used to have an is 200 sport and am after another 200 sport. currently dont have one but am on the look out then will be back in the forums to get some advice and see whats been happening! ifany one knows of any is 200 sports going please point me in the right direction i have already enquired after a few in the for sale section but i just thought there may be some lurking somewhere i dont know about........ woodsy

hey people jsut finished the outside styling of my car, got the wheels and the kits and a few other bits. done a few bits to inside stereo upgrade etc, got my 2 screens for the head rests adn one for up front which i am fitting next month! now i want to super charge it and upgrade the brakes! i looked a t prolex's super charger kit? any one got any comments about it? is it a good one? also how hard are they to fot and what power increase will i get? has any one fitted a prolex one? i was considering doing it myself or will i need an expert to doit? thanks

wkd thanks any one else confirm this for me that the shocks on the is 200 are allt he same the only differnece between the sport and the other models is the springs?? thanks

hi there i am after some rear shocks for my is 200 sport i have had a guy offer me some that he has got but his shocks are off an s model? are they the same as the shocks off my sport or are they different? or is it the springs that make the sport 10-15 mm lower?? any help would be appreciated! thanks

hi all i have an idea for the rear of my car but jsut to find a part to do it with forst rather than using the one of my car so i was wondering if any one out there got the bit that houses the rear number plate lights. the piece that has the boot lock in! if any one has one spare of lex that been in an accident or anything then i would be gratefull i will post pics one i have done wat i got planned! cheers people

hey people i know prolex have brought out the mirror closure kit and sun roof kit but does any body know about the window closure kit and if there bringing one out? any help or suggestions on this subject would be appreciated! i getting my lex back this week out of body shop and want the closure kits. any one fitted any of the 2 available kits to there car? are they hard to do? do they work well and where can i get mine fitted?? thanks guys i will put pics up once i get my car back!

hi there can any one help i have seen some PI lowering springs and wondered if any one knows if they any good? i have had a looka bout and seen many other makes inc eibach etc so jsut want some advice! gonna lower it new wheels jsut working ont he ICE install got exhaust tints and a few other bits but got lots planned so chose lwoering and wheels as a starting point! any help guys would be welcome cheers

does he fit springs as well as do the geometry? also any idea on a rough price for the whole job fitted and set up!

HEY I JSUT HAD A COMPLETLY NEW STEREO PUT IN MY CAR HAD THE AMP AND OLD UNIT TAKEN OUT NOW I HAVE A NORMAL SIZED DIN UNIT IN MY CAR WHICH PLAYS MP3'S U MAY CONSIDER CHANGING THE WHOLE LOT I TOOK MY TO MY LOCAL STEREO CENTER WHO CHARGED ME 85 QUID TO DO THE WIRING CONVERSIONA ND REMOVE ALL MY OLD AMP ETC AND FOR THAT PRICE THEY SUPPLIED THE FASIA ADAPTOR I NEEDED TO PUT A NORMAL DIN SIZED UNIT IN!!! OH AND WELCOME TO LOC :D

the sound quality is much better and just awaiting the sub and amp now hopefull that should make it boom i was quite suprised on how little time it tookt hem to do the basic wiring conversiona dn remove the existing amp to accomodate a normal din head unit with iso leads!! got big plans now i have been set free from the lexus stereo!! how do i put pics up on here ?

hey people not sure if any one read my posts about my faulty stereo iny m sport and there was hassle changing it for a normal din style head unit well i popped down local audio shop! well they managed to put me in a new pioneer head unit with fascia adaptor rewire it all and remove the standard amp. of course iw as faced with problems witht he rear speakers bein 4 ohm and not 2 ohm and having a sub built in so had them repalced with some tasty pioneer 6x9's and now im all up and running again and it sounds great and the bonus is that the stereo fits in like a bug ina rug!!! so im chuffed and will pput pics up as soon as someone tells me how to do it!!! its booked in now for a front spekaer upgrade!! and sub and amp package!!!! will keep u updated!! next to be done to the lex is the sport body kit grill and wheels all to follow next week

hi people actually getting around to doing the lex at the moment, jsut doent he kits sounds and a few little bits like exhaust now i wanna lwoer it any ideas where i can get a kti fromt o do this wats the best to get and where from and how much is the cost gonan be i dont want to drop it a lot jsut a lttle bit any one with a few pics or advice would def be appreciated!

so wats the kit from pro lex surely that will be cheaper and easier?

prolex do a kit for this i never knew that any one got a link or a price?? how tricky is it to do?
