  1. Ew.. I hadn't noticed the wheels till you mentioned it, yeah not a fan of those myself. The stock GSF wheels are lovely as a whole, no need to coat them.
  2. I'll put money it the blue one will be relisted by a dealer for an overly inflated price. The orange one is still on top gear stokes website as available. So expired. Same as the black one for sale not ok AT but on the independent website.
  3. @hockeyedwards Completely feel the same with regards to the Future of proper "F" cars, especially with continued push of "clean electric" cars. Londons expansion of ULEZ and if other places follow suit will damage this further. Europe cars also have speed limiters being built in from next summer..... Despise the options for the sake of options mentality portrayed by most brands especially the germans. An anxious future of automotive choices lays ahead. Personally I wasnt bothered by the is500 nor do I count it as an F, but it does raise the concern of the V8 performance in the UK. Whens the next big conference that any new motors may be unveiled?
  4. You are both right. A huge factor of my love for the GSF came from its rarity, the fact I didn't drive past 174 Lexus's on the way to work also contributed towards this. Like yourselves I to am hoping they dont try to make it overly complicated of spec options like the Germans. But I doubt with the F proper range this will be the problem. The FSport Trim generally looks better for all of the cars IMHO - But the ride for some people isnt the most comfortable so the option of with or without suspension makes sense. But 4 different tiers of F ? Feels hmmmm. I do not want the F to be shelved and am without a doubt nervous of "what next" F Sport Design: Half the Current F Sport Design ( Probably a cheaper "F sport" Line than currently available ) F Sport Handling: F Sport suspension and handling options F Sport Performance: Both of above and a more premium version of vehicle F: Proper car...
  5. So that's a blue black and an orange all for sale. Blue is private, the other two are at independent dealers. And the blue one is however the most appropriately priced imo. Lexus Swindon may try offer 32ish on the blue one and relist at 41k
  6. Found this article that highlights what lexus plans to do with the F brand. "Lexus F to introduce 4 levels of performance" https://www.motorauthority.com/news/1134068_lexus-f-to-introduce-4-levels-of-performance I mean it'll be interesting to see.what actually gets dropped next based on that.
  7. The car hugs the road and corners so beautifully with slalom, take yourself to a big open car park at night and asbo yourself. Stick it in sport S and slalom try some tight turns. Then stick it into s+ and feel the back end play around like mad with the looser settings. Tracks I rarely played with pretty sure that's for accerational responsiveness
  8. Disagree with him on a lot of his comments and I also do not really rate his driving at all. He waffles something chronic, and even not talking about how differently it drives dependent on the TVD settings. Those roads should have had slalom mode enabled. He claims the seats dont hold you in? wha? Those are possibly the most comfortable seats that hold you in place in any car. There are so many failings with his video.
  9. I mean, to be fair.... Id drop my wife quicker than the BBC dropped Saville if it meant I would get an LFA ....
  10. You are correct its an American only car. And yes. its not an F
  11. Adaptive high beam is difficult to see if on or not all the time. When I was driving on an empty road I noticed that my high beam would be across everywhere, As a car would approach in the opposite direction the lights facing that driver would then turn off but the ones on the opposite side would remain on full beam. Didnt actually realise it was a thing for a good couple of weeks after I started driving the car Should just be running automatically along side your automatic headlights. Your headlight cluster is the same as the GSF which means it could house the technology itself.
  12. Whoa Whoa Whoa!!!! Theyve dropped it by a whole grand. 7 To go and Ill buy it 😂
  13. 🤢Electric Dont mind the looks of the car, its bold and trying to be different rather than the boring look of all other electric cars available.
  14. Used to love the autoglyn one but moved to the chemical guys one and was really fond so stuck it with, and the serum was just 👍
  15. I personally would of used leather protection Atleast twice in that time and cleaned the same time the car was cleaned. BUT that is irrelevant, I wouldn't strongly suggest conversing with the dealer of this
  16. I doubt it would be tbh. How often have you treated & prepped the leather ?
  17. That is the exact conversation I had with a friend for coffee today. I'm currently in the market again but refuse to buy a car at the current chip shortage inflated price, and at 30k I would grab the orange GSF in a heartbeat. But at 40k ? I'd rather save for a bit and go lc500 or r35
  18. https://www.ghostautomotivesecurity.co.uk/ Immobilizer and tracker blocks key signal cloning Highly rated. To even get the car to power on you have to press a combination on the steering wheel or dash that you set
  19. This. Ghost immobilizers are fantastic systems and worth every penny. Awful news about your car being stolen have you got CCTV up then ? And did they play around with any of the other cars.
  20. Honestly you would be surprised. You just have to upload loads of photos of different parts of the body and they give you a true price based on images uploaded, its completely non obligatory Theres a high chance itll go up by next month aswell.
  21. I find the NX so whiney even when I put my foot down tbh. My mention of the hydrogen engine isnt that in preference over the NX its more in reference to the future of engines. But id rather that than just pure silence like a fully electric car.
  22. I personally hate the silence especially of the hybrid, the wifes NX drives me crazy just lacks the nice engine burble that makes my groin fizz. One of the reasons I am hoping for a Hydrogen fuel cell car to pick up over electric is this very reason. Engine sound.
