Thank you for the reply. My iPhone is not on “do not disturb mode”. I will have a look at the infotainment system with regards to “Im” setting which you have mentioned. I feel that it may be more to do with the car infotainment/electric system rather than the phone (since it also does the same problem when using the radio alone). Many thanks

Hi everyone, I have bought IS300h Executive 2015 model recently. I have noticed that the radio or telephone calls are cutting out for few seconds whilst using the car. Initially, I thought it was happening when the car engine was switching to EV mode. Later, it seems to be happening more randomly. Any ideas why this could be happening ?
