  1. Full stage 1 turbo (squinty) for is200 everything you need for install is there.

    This kit was barely used for 30minutes on my other is200 , had to take it off due too the engine not being in the best condition.

    Now that i have another is200 I've lost heart in fitting it on this and im selling it due too wanting a different car.

    I bought the kit brand new for 1600quid and its basically brandnew, there's nothing wrong at all with the kit, its in very good condition.

  2. Initially I was going to sell my is200 after losing heart with it being an auto. But I've changed my mind, I've spent a few quid on it, i.e:

    * Replaced all break calipers and break pads

    * Coil overs

    * Japspeed decat exhaust

    * Aftermarket Steering wheel

    * sun visor

    * Limited edition grill

    * Spoiler

    * Oil and air filter changed

    and I've recently changed my wheels too mk4 supra ones.

    -- Also I have a full turbo kit ready to go on it but decided i want it manual converted before the turbo is put on.

    What parts do i need for a manual conversion?.. thankyou in advance guys. 👍

    Hiya, i had this on my old IS200, the security light just flashes and the car just cranks and cranks but doesn't turn over.

    I think the way I sorted this was to disconnected the battery and leave for half hour. Reconnect the battery and try cranking the car over again. I done this and my car started. I hope you have luck doing the same.

    Yes, if the security lights doesn't go out you are wasting your time cranking the engine - it will not fire.

     ***UPDATE SOLVED***: So i initially thought it was fuel cut off switch, it wasn't. Then i noticed that on my dashboard the security light was still flashing even when i was inside the car and the key was in the ignition. After looking at every possible problem that it could be, it ended up being down to a tiny yellow(20) fuse in the fuse box, changed it over and the security light went off and the car started up. < (This had me nearly tearing my hair out) THANK GOD. Thanks everyone anyway.

  5. fitted 2 new tyres on the front today, so far so good, i drove on the link-way for a test , went up to 60mph no rattling , although there's the slightest vibration maybe i'am in a paranoia faze, ill test it for a week and post an update, fingers crossed.

    -another side note, i forgot to mention i fitted a aftermarket steering wheel, no airbag. It seems i can feel a lot more through that steering wheel than the original Lexus one.

  6. I've had my is200 for about 2 month now.. before me my brother had it and didn't have vibration/rattling problem. And before that it was stood for 3 years. Ok so out of no where my steering wheel started to rattles/vibrates at random speeds, 30mph upward, it comes and goes and isn't constant. Also sometimes it rattles when i break. I've had my wheels balanced, tracking done, both front bottom ball joints replaced and still no joy. What else could the problem be? Should i replace drop links and the arms? Im getting so ****** off with it. I have a full turbo kit and coil overs ready to install on it but i don't see the point in doing anything like that until i sort this rattling out.

    -Side note. my 120k engine was replaced with a 82k engine, and was rattling before my 82k replacement.

    also with it being stood for 3 years could the front tyres be squared off?
