  1. how ironic!! Ironic ?? What a strange comment Leighton ;) Dave will be bringing 2 cars .... 1 Lexus (IS350) & 1 Sprint Car (Soarer) so therefore pretty logical as far as I can see :) Its not so ironic, as prolex could not be bothered with jae/loc last year :o something about its members Dave said (again Dave's words not mine) Nice to live in a wonderland where you can make up stories willynilly :winky: I'll be there & looking forward to it Hopefully the sun will shine May pop over to see the "other" stand and meet all the keyboard warriors face to face Not may pop over Dave, please do pop over, make sure you have the £120 for the top mounts you own me to hand please Will be a pleasure problem is what I hold in my other hand The £80 you own Steve for fuel :D re collecting the superchargers own ??? not sure what you mean. think you mean owe.............thats a matter of dispute to clarify what I'll have in my other hand when we meet..........its a copy of the letter I have sent to HM Customs & Excise to confirm the amount you spent to buy your share of the TTE superchargers............and the amount I paid you once they were sold Hopefully this will be filed away by them as you have already declared this significant amount of unearned income and paid the required income tax. However if you have not disclosed this unearned income you will be liable for all sorts of extra charges. Thing for you to consider is have I written the letter ?...............am I going to write it ?...................or have I no intentiuon of writing it ?..............or did I write about that allegation (supported with copies from my bank statements) along with details of your other properties asking if you have declared the rental income from them............. suggest instead of wasting your time causing trouble here on LOC you attend to your financial affairs as the Revenue can be a bit scary Have a good nights sleep and see you in September :winky: Am i or am i not going to report you for not having the right insurance on your is350 if at all, has it still got the supercharger fitted ? i only wish you had made the false clam now, when your wheel fell off, or maybe you did ? Then please remember there was 3 people that put into the superchargers Dave ....... please do as you feel fit One thing having a pop at me ......... but another having a pop at Steve to don't think he will be happy Dave Best of luck with the properties Dave :winky: know where they are ? how many ? are they in my name or company name or someone else's name ? I'm cool with everything slim jim Thanks for yet more threatening text messages.....suppose it makes a change from the racist jiokes you bombarded me with.......... Remember you reap what you sow any problems that may befall Steve are due entirely to you............if you had not embarked on this mission to defame me personally and my company all would be good..............also the money was paid to you...................it would be you who dibbed steve in................so what sort of "mate" are you ???????? I'll also let you and the owners of the mickey mouse forum you recently set up that if there are any defamatory comments about me,my wife or Prolex-uk left after tomorrow be prepared for legal action ...........The law is quite clear in that the owners of the website (so directors as well if its a ltd company) are responsible for the comments of the posters.......... Those newer members may not know that aside from prolex-uk I have another company which does quite well. Well enough to sue the backside off any person/body/company I see fit to go after. I'd enjoy doing it as well Have a wonderful evening and I look forward to gazing in wonderment to whatever Japanese car you can scrape enough money to buy after the Revenue have dealt with you.......... However could be I can't be bothered and am talking hot air like most of your buddies......... then again I may not be............

  7. Aye............looking to DIY it. Idea is to do 80% of the work myself. Bought a 2nd hand Kakimoto exhaust for the car............single exit so more weight saving 3G RS10 rotors & Yellowstuff pads en route Oil cooler here just finished stripping the rear of the car. Next is to remove existing seats to remove carpets........... quite enjoying it TBH But its Auto .................... Your point is ? auto box is good for 400 bhp with car weighing 1300 ish kg twill be OK just means I have to hang onto the steering wheel being a 1992 auto box there is none of the changing up/down willy nilly you get with modern auto boxes will lock in whatever gear you want . trick is start in drive then shift into 2nd immediately you set off car will then stay in second which is good for over 80 in this car (revs to 7k) plenty enough for the sprints Did not work with your aristo (your words not mine) did not work with the is350 All the best with making it work with this one main reason was what those cars owed me...........risto over 14k IS350 £28k................concentrates the mind somewhat...also when they are daily drivers.......... This is a toy so if it goes belly up its minimal losses also as I say above auto box being older means it doesnt take over............no VSC either I also bought bigger balls on ebay You should have got the brain to go with the bigger balls Well you took big hit with aristo Dave and if you ever sell the is350, it will be the same Bit personal Mr H. Nothing wrong with my brain. Function of Prolex is to fund my cars.............. all legitimate tax write offs @ Annes the JZZ30 pre dates the JZA80 so some interchangeability Can get alot of stuff from the state though

  16. Here is the email I sent. Think it says it all. Customer did not call as I asked (at time of typing) I'd also like to point out that its not unreasonable for me to wait until the following morning to respond to a voicemail/e-mail as I am entitled to some time off. Not sure if the customer who forwarded it on to this customer is on here hopefully he is and can verify that when his kit went walkabout he called round to my place to collect his replacement kit so this is not a return. To date I've not had any returns and sold shedloads of this kit dave ellen to Tom show details 05:55 (10 hours ago) Reply Hi Sorry to hear about this. Can you send the box back to me. My address is prolex-uk,65 new road abbey wood london se2 0pn The kit was not fitted to another car. Was sent to a guy in Kent and never arrived. He tracked the parcel and it was sent to the Roya; Mail sorting office in Blefast. Meanwhile I sent him another kit. It then turned up at his house and he held it for me until you bougfht it. If the box was unopened when you got it then I suppose the PO opened it. Regarding fitting there is NOTHING missing. You have got the silicon tube the wrong way round thats all. Its slightly higher one said that the other. I have ssold over 50 of these kits to date with not one return so am confident in what I say. So to recap. Kit is brand new to the best of my knowledge and try to fit again with rubber tube the other way round. If that doesnt work I have a fitting centre in Blandford who will fit it for you for free. I'm working from home to day so am reachable on 020831****** Dave Regarding the bonnet struts..............you did not check out of the buying process properly so the system takes your money but doesnt tell me what you have ordered. Hence my email to you. These should be with you anyday now. Unfortunately I hold limited stocks and get caught out from time to time if I get a rush on. This is the same for many retailers
  17. If you just lent me the money as you say how do you explain away the fact I paid you back a lot more.............like the profit from the sale of said superchargers.... Thats not normal interest thats a part share and you can try and dress it up any which way you want but I'm sure most people on here will see that you profited from the sale of the superchargers sold by prolex-uk Lets not muddy the waters by bringing in other subjects............Stick to the matter at hand you part financed and profited from the sale of goods sold by Prolex-UK Facts are you lied. Also it was not 26 superchargers by anymanner of means Think your share of the initial purchase price was £7k if you get your abacus out you will see that what you received back from me was somewhat more than £7k Hopefully people will read this and see you for what you really are.
  18. I dont think Gord would appreciate you posting his account and sort code on a public forum Dave. Also does helping finance some stock make him part of the company? i wouldnt say so. Finally no one is blaming Steve, and the forum hasn't really lost its way. Theres just been some disagreements and those with a little more power have at times kind of "pulled rank" maybe rightly maybe wrongly. thats been discussed elsewhere and i dont want to bring this thread down anymore. Finally, what was the point of this post? the thread is 3 months dead and you choose to revive it? Sorry just my immediate opinion on you dragging up a dead thread. Stav So.........its not OK for me to refute misleading statements made by gordon with facts ................gordons is the one always stating facts...........wonder if he likes these
  19. I only stated how much Prolex paid for them :D Prolex uk bought all the 1st batch of 26 supercharger kits off TGB, you can check this with TGB, i have nothing to do with prolex uk and never have been part of prolex uk ever, others have been part of prolex uk as you well know, being part of Prolex uk yourself at one time, Dave was a mate of mine at one time, but this is one mate i can do without :D Think there has been some playing with the truth here Gordon You part funded the purchase of the batch of superchargers referred to above. Below is what I paid you once they had been sold 18-May-07 Mr G Hutchinson IB £10,000.00 21-May-07 Mr G Hutchinson IB £2,764.19 21-May-07 Mr G Hutchinson IB £5,614.19 08-Jan-09 G Hutchinson IB £611.83 Think those figures speak for thereselves :winky: what Gordon said........ i have nothing to do with prolex uk and never have been part of prolex uk ever You will note the gap til the last payment.........again Gordon has told people that I owed him money. Reason was the chargers had no warranty so we agreed not to have final payment until 12 months after last one had been fitted to cover any possible disasters. last one not fitted until April 2008 I believe (was Raz Rankin) Something some of you might want to ponder is the statement made above is a clear lie. No ifs buts & maybes a plain and simple lie. Steve from Charlesworth also contributed BTW How many more of Gordons statements are not based on truth but conjecture or hearsay ? I know of several of his statements that directly affect me but this is not the place to mention them. On a side issue through a few misguided people people this forum has lost its way. People blame Steve/The mods this is rubbish. They do the best they can its not easy balancing a laff with sarcastic comments I'm not currying favour as Steve and I have had our disagreements as I have with Mat and as a result Prolex-UK is no longer welcome on here as a trader/poster. While not happy I accept it as it is Steve business and as such what he says goes. My final words are..............there are two sides to every story if you want to hear my side just ask I don't bite. Unfortunately I dont get get everything right and try to correct any fook ups as soon as I'm aware.
  20. Back on Subject, seeing as I have been mentioned: You sent it to the wrong company name, wrong contact name in the wrong county, it had no chance of getting to me. You couldn't even cut and paste an address properly. If you had sent it to the address you tried to I would have got the products. Then you say lets claim of the postal insurance, effectively committing fraud against the post office (As it was YOUR MISTAKE not theirs) Nice idea NOT. This experience has tought me to NEVER deal with PROLEX pay more (or less) and get the service you want. What more could you have done??? you could have posted it to the address supplied to you via the group buy which is also a verified PayPal address? i.e. done what you were asked to. Or even replaced the product? refunded the money as it was your error and you admitted as much at the time and not ask me to commit fraud to get my money back. I have of course told the post office what you asked me to do (with all supporting paperwork including the re-written invoices showing different details you sent me which 100% shows fraudulent intent etc), so if in future this happens they know you are passing the buck and know where to look. This is why I will never deal with you or your company again, once ripped off never return. Is this clear? Now I don't think I have broken any rules here............... Only posted the truth as I see it. Not sure what you are on about I have sent you the paypal details for the address I sent it to..................here you go............ Rising Phoenix Tattoo UK Rising Phoenix Tattoo 16a Wing Road Linslade, Buckinghamshire LU7 2NJ United Kingdom I got your name wrong on the initial claim for I sent you which I apologise for ( I did send another lot for you) but to use accuse me of fraudulent intent is a bit strong............ As an aside I have just lost £220 in a paypal claim where I received an order with a different delivery address which (after this episode I decided to send to) and guess what,,,,,,,,,,,,,,was a fraudulent claim with a stolen credit card... I now have to go throught the police etc.............. However ...........I can't see how you say you have been ripped off as I am working to get the items replaced and sent to you. I could well have said that they were sent to the paypal address and let ypu explain to paypal why you did not update your address details. I did not and will continue to work to get your goods delivered to you. I even asked you if I could sell the spare set I had instead of keeping them here for you when I received an order...........but hey ho
  21. Found this as well........ Some arses about......... Yeldarb.........So I send something to your registered paypal address where I and you get protection if the item is not lost/stolen/damaged YOU fail to change that address as you moved from there ages ago (more than a year) The item not unusually doesnt get to you.......I then complete the forms to enable you to claim the cost back blah de blah..........not 100% sure what else I could have done Asi........Not sure what you are on about but hey ho Stav ............. I'm doing OK thanks
  22. WTF do you mean ???????? If I choose to post on here or not is my business. I was told by Mat C that I was to be no longer to be allowed to post as Prolex-UK on here but only as DaveEllen I took the decision, rightly or wrongly, not to accept that offer so stopped posting. From what I've seen looking through recent postings doesnt seem like I've missed much...........same old twaddle by same old twaddlers
  23. Thought I'd pop in. Looks like same old rubbish being spouted by same old peoiple. Story is i was offered 5 kits that were unboxed but unused by someone who in turn was offered them by someone who had worked fro Toyota but had lost his storage space. I was offered the kits as well as Mr Catchpole from TDI-PLC. On collecting the kits I actually got ancilleries for 7 not 5, The story told to me was that the original guy was given 7 kits to prepare 7 demo cars. He did 2. One blew up one was written off and Lexus GB pulled the plug with the rest of the 50 units shipped over by TTE going into storage. These were sold by Toyota GB to TDI/Prolex-UK et al. The 5 from the 7 were forgotten until the guy lost his lock up. Interestingly the 7 boxes the bits and bobs came in were addressed from someone at Toyota GB I have dealt with historically at the new Toyota GB address. I offered the 5 kits to Marcus, whoi I deal with often, In Austria as I wanted shot quickly and people in Europe don't talk about buying stuff they just buy it. Marcus and I did the deal and I delivered the 4 kits to him the other week with one kit going to the UK. There were no TTE black boxes so I used the HKS FCD as they are better anyway. The kits I sold to Marcus were unused but being 9 years old a bit shop soiled...... I do have 2 intercoolers 2 air boxes...........cradles..............piping................pully's.............and odds & sods if anyones interested
  24. Thought I’d pop in and say a few words. Firstly regarding the bonnets struts – They come from America and are for the IS300 all brackets and the weight bearing ratio of the struts are for this car with a steel bonnet. They cost me $100 a set and I sell them for £110 (£95 after VAT). That’s without shipping from America ($25) to here and onward shipping from me to the customer. There is also duty @ 10% and VAT at the prevailing rate to pay. There is also paypals 4% cut to deduct from any monies paid to me as well as Ebays 6% cut if bought through that portal. Do the sums and you’ll see there is not a lot in it. Regarding Mr Hutchinson’s comments regarding customer care I’d ask him to let me know where I have let him down in anything I have sold him. I don’t profess to get everything right all the time but feel the vast majority of the time people get what they paid for at a fair price delivered in a timely manner. If people do not contact me when things go wrong then there is not a lot I can do about it as I was born with a pair of ball’s not a crystal ball. Mr Hutchinson seems to have got me in his sights since I started to use another company based in Sussex to do some work for me. It’s a matter of record that this company have got at least 5 LOC members cars running much better than when they were given to them. I also believe that this has been done at little or no cost to the owners themselves. If this is a bad thing for me to have done then so be it. Turning to Tom’s Lysholm s/c project which Mr Hutchinson also mentions I have a few comments to make. Firstly what Steve chooses to do on any project to do with Prolex-UK is between him and Prolex-UK if he’s happy to do it then that’s nothing whatsoever to do with Mr Hutchinson. Secondly you are not party to our financial agreements or phone calls so really should not be commenting on something you know nothing about. On the subject of phone calls perhaps you should ask people for written evidence of things they say before making assumptions and comments. Its quite easy for me to say to someone or post that “ Mr Hutchinson said that the moderators on LOC are all corrupt and in Lexus GB’s pockets” when you said nothing of the sort……you’ll come on and say no I didn’t………….people will then say mmmmmmmmmmm no smoke without fire….This is one of the downsides of Forums. It’s a fact that Prolex-UK would not of started without LOC which is the upside. The downside is this type of thread which has turned into a slag Prolex-UK off topic. I don’t particularly mind if the comments are true but when they are based on half truths and misconceptions I tend to get upset however life is too short to dwell on this too much.
