2 weeks ago the service call me to updated the system with apple carplay. I paid 125€. On this moment it works perfect. Only 2 mistakes I find out. TomTom app, I can't reduce the volume. (Sound stay to hard) If I press the button on my steering wheel to call the small display i get not any longer the last dialled calls. On the big display I need to select it myself. (fustrating) For the rest it is working as promised.

Yesterday i have call it a day. Today I start the engine and the update continuing till the end.. Thanks a lot for the help you have give me.

USB inserted, finding update, I give activation code. Ok start to update. 1/21 started. On 7/21 MESSAGE "UPDATE GONE"??? I press Ok please insert activation code give the long code again and stay turning with message " Activation code verification" stay turning?

exact this i'm preparing, new USB fat 32... fingers cross. Did you have already apple CarPlay installed?

exactly how i did it Fat32, FMU folder with 4 files extension FMU_PONB7E_X.iso Going to try again...

I have upload the FMU to a mem stick Start the car and inserted the USB, USB is found but nothings happening? In the menu nothing to find in de update? Have on this moment Version 2019 V1 want to install 2020 V1? Where is going wrong? some suggestions... Thanks in advance
