🤔does anyone have a COMPLETE parts list for a 5 speed manual transmission swap to an 01 gs300? I'd like to have everything before I start. Also will I have to make any modifications to my car ?

01 gs300 not communicating with scanner. Need a list of all possible causes.

I bought a 2001 gs300. Have the original key and had a locksmith make a copy and program it. Engine cranks but wont start due to security light still blinking. Is there a list of ALL possible reasons for this? Doors do not lock or unlock with key fob. You can hear the actuators working but they don't actually unlock. The car sat for 3 months before I bought it and the battery died. They put a brand new battery in and it started once and ran then never started again. What can be the issue?
