Thank you all so much for your kind words! This is my first lexus and it's so much better than the mercs and bmws I have had in the past. On a slightly different note, I signed up to LOC many weeks ago and still have not received my members card. I messaged the admin (the person who sent the initial welcome message) last week and no response. Can anyone shed any light? Do we still get those cards and a welcome pack?
