  1. Tried another iPhone and android still the same, this is definitely Lexus issues. will have to take to Lexus as I’m sure after recent service I have not tested and I’m not sure if that caused the issue.
  2. Car play is enabled, also the option is on to enable when locked. I have switched off time restrictions option on the iPhone. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are both enabled and the phone is connected via Bluetooth to tue Lexus infotainment. Any other ideas ?
  3. There is no usb ports in the arm rest in the es300h it’s at the front 2 ports.
  4. Yeah I have I will try the Android phone. I am plugging into the usb front port also there is a setting in the car play app I removed the Lexus device but now it is not detecting it in the app to add . any other ideas?
  5. The thing is I have tried a brand new apple cable still the same issue . Also I have switched my phone off several times and still the same. I have tried other apple phones and it is the same. So I am lost as to what is causing the issue.
  6. I had not used apple car play on my Lexus ES300H 2019 f sport model for a while. However when I plugged my iPhone 14 last week it would not pick up apple car play, I checked all settings on phone and all are correct. I even changed the usb cable, tried my wife’s phone and no luck. It has been working fine before so I am not sure what has happened. Phoned my local Lexus dealer and I have booked it in for them to have a look. However I was hoping if anyone had suggestions as you know what the dealers are like with their charges? thanks Mo
  7. Does this mean amp faulty? I am reluctant to take to Lexus to have a look at this.
  8. I then get the below program loading error. And wants to restart process done this 3 times no joy. Usb is fat3w with only those 2 files. Any ideas ?
  9. Hi Matt did the update it does the below 3 times copying program data to nav system
  10. Thank you Matt is this the version you are using? Before I update can I confirm this is the right version for the premium nav with the pioneer system.
  11. Yes I tried that it works for a minute and then does the same. Strange but I think the software version is corrupt or needs updating, not sure if I’m on the latest software version for my car.
  12. Hi, I have a Lexus IS300H, with the premium nav system. It is a 2014 model. My issue is since couple days no sound comes out of my system and I can’t control the volume with the dial or control on the steering wheel. If I do a rest of the system it comes on for 30 secs and goes off again. All other buttons works and control for even changing source. I know it’s not the amplifier as you would still have control of the volume, this seems like a software issue. I think I am on an old software please can someone let me know if they have had this issue I don’t really want to take it to Lexus for diagnosis of £190 per hour. I have attached pics of the software version please can you let me know if this is an old version.
