I have & it's driving me nuts! It is also dangerous as you are unable to see the map (sat nav) when driving. Also flashing orange lights do nothing to help your concentration when driving at night.

I have had problems with the Parking Assist In unavailable appearing on a regular basis mainly when it is wet weather. It is driving me nuts!!! I am taking the car back to the Tunbridge Wells dealership for the third time. It is dangerous when driving particularly at night. You are unable to see the Sat nav map if this problem occurs on the dash. I hope we can resolve as I think the car is fantastic & I'm a big fan of Lexus & the after care. They have been very understanding & helpful but the issue is frustrating nonetheless.
