I changed injector seals, inlet manifold gasket seems to get worse as engine gets hot

Hi I'm sorry if I'm posting in wrong place please let me know if I am I have a lexus rx 300 2005 just had timing belt done and spark plugs new ocv sensor. Running a bit lumpy now and smoking these are my fuel trims can anyone help this is at idle
