Many thanks! All I can say is WOW! Due to the lockdown I only managed to drive the car on the Saturday afternoon. However, due to some essential chores I managed to put approx. 100' on it - mainly on 'A' roads with a bit of motorway work. The roads were wet with dissolved salt and very slippy, so I had to take it fairly easy. However, as the miles piled on I got more and more confident with it's grip and handling. So much so, that I was driving it at the end as if the roads were dry. I knew it was a pretty quick car, but what impressed me the most was the steering / handling.

Thank you guys, for all your updates. Yes, it still has the front and rear dashcams fitted. Clearly the dealer has made a profit here, but I don't have a problem with that. We all go to work to earn money! I presently feel like a 5 year old on Christmas Eve - I just can't wait until tomorrow 😂👆

TBH that seems to fit into the timeframe quite well. The interior is now pretty much immaculate, so must have had a fair amount of time spent on it if it was tired before. Warranty has been approved and paid for - just need to remember to pay for the car - and tax it 😩

And I did - or rather the dealer did it for me 👍 Only observation was that the wiper blades need replacing - and that is also going to get done by the dealer ☺️ Have purchased the 2 year warranty from Lexus and am picking up the car on Saturday 🤞

Lexus Hedge End quoted me, but I assumed it was standard across all Lexus dealers. There is a seperate thread running regarding it.

Only £795 for a 2 year warranty on a 10 year old IS-F. Almost unbelievable ☺️

Hi Dave, That's great, thanks for your reply 👍 Any issues I ought to be aware of please? The low mileage over the last 2 years does worry me a bit - it's only done 1500' per year, which is never great for a car! Hence the inspection and warranty!
