    No sure if it for you screen but this is the TSB might be worth checking the price if it’s in the vin range just don’t use any chemicals to clean the screen it seems to absorb them.

    Try using a steamer as this softens the leather I use it on leather seats and works pretty well and it tightens it all up.

    I seem to remember the was a TSB that replaced the outer glass on the display for this issue can’t remember if it was for IS or NX but the parts were quite cheap at the time. I have polished them befor but it never looked the same and always had a slight glare

    I think there is a setting to change this but it has to be done at a main dealer

    If it the chrome trim that sit on the edge of the bumper then it’s held on with 3M double sided tape should just pull off

    If you are not happy with spending that much and you are happy to open it manually for a while get a good piece of string and tie it to the manual release under the cover (in the picture above ) then loop it through the cargo holder on the passenger side of the boot and run it towards the rear door if you need to get in just pull the string and have someone lift the boot lid

    Id personally recommend lexus to service it there essential care service is a good price and comes with the Hybrid health check by the time you pay someone else to do a service using non genuine parts then if you want the warranty on the hybrid battery you are gonna have to take it to a dealer anyway and pay about £60 just remember the hybrid battery replacement would sent you back about £3000.

    Hi, just an update for CT drivers unfortunately not just the cat being stolen they are cutting the wiring to the horn so you can’t hear the alarm going off and recently some are having the wiring to the drivers front door cut causing a short and popping a fuse not sure if the locks are being open by the door wiring being cut.

    Hi, best chance is EGR valve also clean the to of the manifold when it’s off just use a Hoover while scrapping off the carbon. Also if it’s not been to a dealer if it’s lifetime they released a lot of software update to fix the issue of EGR valve blocking.

    Hi everyone. If you want latest software you should get a dealer to update your system to the new MM19 system the benefit is Apple car play but on the early models you will get free map update to latest as the system need to have a minimum of 2018 map for it to be installed and is only about £80 at most dealers.
