Thanks Paul This forum is great thank you all for the support/advice. Researching around it looks like ML on 2017 LC500 is too front loaded and this issue has been commented on by quite a few other owners. Using the fader makes very little difference. I suppose when its the top of the range lexus one would have expected a top of the range ML system. It not as good as the one in my current RX450 and way below par compared to the one I had in the GS450h which did shake the car with its base. Hey Ho will have to listen to the engine more!! At some point if I plan to keep it may take it to an audio specialist and upgrade.

Hi Mike Spoke to lexus but not yet booked in. As per advice I sat in back and sub seems to be working. I am wondering if its the source ie spotify from my iphone? CD seems to work better.

No I will try that. But you are right in my GS450h that was a very noticeable feature. I think the sub is not working. Will ask Lexus to look at it and report back.

Hi Guys just bought an LC500 sports +. Great car had it 2 weeks. Only issue is the ML stereo sounds terrible -really tinny. Tried reducing treble etc and pushing fader to rear but still no good compared to the ML I have had previously in my 2 RX models and GS450. Anyone else noted this or is it a fault?
