Poor but a predictable response. I wonder what figures they are looking at? If they have a fix for the RX why not the ES? Surely the set up is the same

Seasons Greetings everyone! I have been following various threads on the increasing number of ES300 thefts and have become a little paranoid around the safety of my own MY23 which i have had for about a year. Like many of you, i have also thought about selling the car but, given the amount of depreciation in its first, i cannot justify the additional expense of changing my car at the moment. So the question is, what do i do to keep my car a little more secure? I have been looking at Steering locks and not sure whuch one would be best suited to the car so any recommendations would be very much appreciated indeed. I did look at the stoplock that some members have mentioned but not sure if i need the Pro or the Pro Elie?

Really want something like this but am worried that if there was ever a problem with any of the cars electric components lexus would render the warranty void due to the installation of third party components.

I had the same problem last week but assumed it was just ice covering the sensor. Once temp increased the warning light went off.

Sorry to see you go buddy. My car is almost exactly the same age as yours and can't really fault it given how much I paid for it. I had my first service last Saturday at Leicester lexus and when I told them about concern around thefts - they stated that they were aware of the problem with RX and that they had been authorised to fix the problem by lexus uk. They said they were not aware of ES being a problem and when I pointed out that it was increasingly becoming one, they said that they would raise an escalation! What ever that means!

I am so sorry to hear about this. Yet again... If my es300h goes I probabaly won't replace with another either.... Very worrying development indeed. This is probabaly why I am paying 40 percent more for my insurance this year!

I owned a 20 plate f sport before I purchased my my23 premium edition and I have to say that I much prefer the latter. The ride on the slightly smaller 18 inch tyres is much better. I really did feel that the fsport was a little to crashy for my liking. And I agree the fsport does look better! It's looks or ride! Whats more important to you?

My car went in for the third time and they found that there was some loose wiring in the roof lining that created the noise. It was fixed and never experienced any problems thereafter

Checked my23 and I can feel vibration from rear speaker but all the vocals appear to be coming from the front
