    I've been watching this RCF in question and will be great buy if one gets this lazy dealer to service the car at Lexus before purchase. I am also cautious as the MOT expired September 2021 and had some advisories. It appears the car is not well maintained and all the advisories will need to be addressed as well before purchase. £5k drop is tempting but more investigation will be needed before committing to buy.

    Congrats on your purchase. This was near where I live and I went to view the car but didn't have the courage to go ahead because of it's patchy service history and the fact that it was a previous category D repaired car. I was the one who registered it on the Lexus Link as the owner didn't know about it. See the pics attached.

    Hi Karl, The previous owner of my car fitted the roof rails in our 2015 RX450h. See the attached images of the instruction manual which includes the Lexus part number - 08301-48800. I believe the cost is around £300 from Lexus Parts Direct. I hope this helps.

    Hi, This is my first post but from my own personal experience, I refused to drive back 2 hours to and fro to the lexus dealership and they agreed to collect the car and gave me a 21 plate NX 300h courtesy car for the 2 days my car was in their workshop. I purchased a 2015 RX 450h back in June and the air conditioning was blowing warm air. Let the dealership collect the car when they can and request for a courtesy car. I believe you have 14 days to reject the car if you are not happy with the purchase or the whole dealer experience. Hope you get it sorted soon.
