l purchased a UX Tukumi from Lexus Steven Eagell Ipswich last July absolutely excellent service from sales in fact I don’t think in all the years of purchasing cars ( I’m a pensioner) I’ve ever been treated so well, nothing seemed to be too much trouble . Had a service this July and equally impressed, I’ve had various makes and usually staff in service reception talk down to me not realising I do know when I’m being told rubbish when I query things, however at Lexus Ipswich I felt they understood and explained fully my questions. I realise not all Steven Eagell dealerships are the same in fact my previous car was a Toyota also purchased from a Steve Eagell dealership but least said the better about that one !!! o

Has anyone had an issue with the sat nav screen going blank. My UX is 4 months old and whilst out driving yesterday the Sat Nav screen went completely blank also there was No response when trying to access the menu system using the mouse pad. Never experienced this happening before and after switching the engine off and restarting everything came Live again. No good taking or asking the dealer at present as I am not able to replicate the issue.
