    How did you manage to get a courtesy car at all? And how did they allow you to choose a certain model? Every time I asked one there was nothing available in the next 2-3 weeks. And I didn’t even have a specific need, just a regular car with 4 wheels and tyres.

    Jet wash or machine car wash. My neighbours would never let me washing at home. I don’t use illegal Albanian hand car washes either and encourage all of you guys to avoid them as well.

    It’s nothing to do with the eye test…it won’t help the dipped beam range. The road is just simply not lit further than 20-30 yards ahead which is more than dangerous. It’s time for an eye test for you if you think this is great when is not:

    I meant for cars which still qualify for the Relax. Over 10 years/100k miles is a fair point, but only if genuine parts fitted, following the manufactures guidelines, procedures.

    2016 RX, 2018 RX, 2017 NX, 2018 IS. The brightness is brilliant but the distance of the lit area ahead is terrible, literally a blind driving, dangerous in certain areas, like dark country roads, etc. it’s easy to adjust but if I raise the lights, it would cause an instant failure on the mot, not to mention the on immigration vehicles get dazzled.

    Standard Lexus LED headlights are terrible, they aim way too low and the main dealer says it’s ok, nothing wrong with it. Not sure if the blade lights make any difference in this regard.

    Accept it. Brand new or 10 years old...doesnt matter. The noise will always be there eventually. I learnt this after several years of fights with unwanted noises.

    Do you mean the brand new cars? Approved used RXs have never been 2.9%.

    Wow, didn’t know that. Was it this car by any chance? I wanted to buy it but quickly scrapped the idea after measured the paint thickness. That’s the first thing I always do before any test drive arranged.

    Yes, it’s very sad, I know how ironic he can be sometimes, even with customers. Hopefully your car will get fixed for good. May I ask if you bought the car outright or on finance? If it’s the latter, what’s their practice with this exchange policy? Do you have to go through another full credit application, including another hard search etc (which can damage your credit score) or they sort it out ‘in house’ ?

    Sorry to read that you’re still having this nightmare. I don’t really understand why you haven’t returned the car in the end. If it was a Premier, I would properly understand as they’re really rare. But finding another F Sport model doesn’t seem to be difficult at all.

    “The car has only ever been washed by hand, ” Maybe this is the biggest problem. When will you guys stop using the illegal, Albanian hand car washes which employ those poor slaves illegally? Do you think their cheap chemicals have any benefit to your paint?
