I had Goodyears on them. I've decided to put budgets on them as I won't be driving more then a few miles a day for a year.

My facelift gs300h '17bis due for its service (60k) according to the lexus website. I will call lexus of course but I wanted to know if anyone knew why this service costs fairly more compared to others I've done and future ones? Must involve additional work? Also any chances that give discounts?

An update: got new tyres on and no issue at all now. The old tyres didn't look weird or anything so not sure what was causing it.

I seem to have issue with my17 plate gs300h. Everytime I turn both way close to full lock. The wheel bounces like I've gone over a rick. Knocking sound too. I suspect its control arm issue as I has similar issue on a merc Am I still under warranty and is this kind of issue covered ?

What tyre size do you have, also what is it like over small bumps and imperfect Roads?

These are the options I've narrowed it down do. I have always preferred black wheels. But I think diamond/polish face will give the car a more modern look. Also as its only 18 inch I think the spokes will need to touch right to the top of the rim or the wheels will look small.

Thanks, I think I will go for aftermarket 18s as I don't like the stock ones. Too much tyre height and gap on the GS but I guess that comes with the comfort. I had 20s on mercedes e class lower ride and very little gap. But that was a bit harsh as expected.

Currently have 235/45/18 on my 17 gs luxury. For 19 is the correct tyre size 245/40/19? Also will this affect ride comfort? I see the tyre width increase but tyre height decrease.

Has anyone here tried to replace the rear shelf subwoofer on the latest GS? I've seen YouTube videos on older lexus wondering if it'll be the same thing or much different? Looking to replace it with an aftermarket sub

I had my car serviced twice and they never mentioned any suspension faults. I had to specify with a different garage to do a proper suspension check which was when they found my worn control arms. Good tyres are also key Road force balancing- will need to research and find local garages. Quite rare tbh

Does anyone have diagrams/speaker size and locations for my 2017 gs300h. I seem to have standard speakers with navigation. I would like to upgrade the speakers in my car. Thanks

Two things that fixed unstable movement on my other vehicles. Front control arms suspensions replaced as they were worn. Road force balancing along with alignment. Road force balancing is different to normal wheel balancing as it uses your cars weight and Road condition to balance the wheels which ensures better balancing when the car is driving under load.

For good braking, the fitter should ensure the hub is cleaned before fitting the disc. Any guide pins and moving parts should be lubricated correctly. Also once fitted, normally check the disc using run out tools to ensure the disc is even. No dust or dirt on the pads. Using manufacturer parts for best application.

Hi, if you download an APP called Android Auto App Downloader AAAD - you can use the AA to watch youtube videos, netflix etc. You may have to download an older version of AA but the AAAD website has all the support you need
