  1. Hi i had an issue with my ES front bonnet not alignment and paint work issue when you will meet the chief executives, i want to show them my car and let them to check the quality issue
  2. £245 for fitting, is there any idiot willing to pay for it😆😆 I think Lexus Derby try to scam the customer
  3. I think Inchcape Lexus arrange a smart repair service to repair the door handle for him, and they wont replace a new handle with it
  4. for all the brand new vehicle they will need to do the PDI I just asked them do not remove the protection file on the bonnet, as I need to bring it to a detailer to get a ceramic coating and the scratch and damaged is with the door panel leather, and the armrest, and some ballpoint pen marks with it is that a quality control?

I will definitely make a complaint with my previous dealership, ordered a brand new Lexus, when I collected the vehicle, found out 4 scratch and damaged the interior here is the reply from the General Manager ''as you wanted to collect the car with all factory covers in place it was difficult to check the vehicle as we normally would. I suggest for any future purchases you allow us to prepare the car as we normally would as this assist un in our quality control process.'' I will forward all the email to Lexus head office and see how they reply

  7. I need to say, Inchcape Nottingham and Derby (Toyota & Lexus) provide excellent aftersales services in the past. once they changed their management team, all the services become SHXX. and good luck with Lexus Derby, as they will only ask a smart repair to replace the door handle for you
  8. it damaged!!! that is the services from Inchcape Lexus, they do not care customer vehicle, that why I am not recommend Inchcape Lexus
  9. I used inchcape and Steven Eagell to purchase two brand new Lexus. My experience is Steven Eagell Wolverhampton provided better services then Inchcape

  12. That mean Fsport model will not come with driver seat memory function at Standard.
