Thanks for the info so far, So I'm looking at a all alloy engine A manual gearbox could be sourced from a Supra, Cable or hydrolic clutch Getting Better, But what size is the engine in inche's Lenght Front of fan to rear of block, Width Across Exhauct manifold's (Widest point) Height Bottom of sump to top of injection (Highest point) No one local to me has one I can measure up.

Hi, Need a bit of info regarding the size of the LS 400 V8 32 Valve engine, Lenght width Depth weight ETC. Is the block and head assy all alloy or a mixture of cast and alloy.
