Yeah I know what you mean but would prefer £200 for the checks rather £400

Hi guys dont know if anyone has any advice for me on this but I tried to book my GS300 in for 72k service with local Lexus garage who told me it was £350 i queried why this was about £100 more than the previous "A" service but couldn't get a satisfactory answer. I then rang another who quoted £466 & a third who quoted £246! They all informed me it was menu pricing so should be no change with dealership, have spoken to Lexus GB to find how this fits in with their JD Power ranking for customer satisfaction, seems to depend on where you live whether you get value for money. Will let you know when I get a response.

Jus thought I'd mention my experience with the clicking/clatter with the brakes - mine was when I braked gently going around a slow corner (like in a car park) I took mine to Lexus Hadleigh & they confirmed that it was wear in the calipers and they checked and confirmed that this was covered by the warranty :P . However this was last October and noise has re-appeared - been thinking about going back (although out of warranty) due to the fact that should have lasted more than 9 months :duh: Will let you know what happens as due for service & will ask then
