What was the end result of this? It same problem has happened to my car

The paint on my car keeps chipping, down to the metal. Everytime a little stone touches my car. I've got little black marks around my car now I am thinking of taking my car back to the dealer, i just wanted to know if anybody else has had the same problem and how they resolved it? Thanks Michael
