Problem sorted...switch undee accelarator pedal am told 😬

Before, was fine then wont drop below 1500 when warm tries to but throttle back up to 1500??

Hi newby here, had my is250 for 4years and no issues at all, when i start it idles at 2000rpm and when warm wont drop below 1500rpm, no faults showing, cleaned maf and throttle body with aporopiate cleaners, no differant, am at a loss now??
