Hey Bill I would say whatever the tracking or (your lexus dealer say ) you should take witch a pinch of salt I just went back through my emails and my dealer was saying the car should be here anytime between 31st of March 14th of April - this is what the tracking was saying then the car actually arrived on the 18th of March and i collected on the 22th . My friend got UX on order aswell i think he ordered on 17th of January and his car its due end of this month . But im fully understand you i was exactly like you very imptatient , all i can say its definitely worth it 🙂

That mpg was only on a short trip , so nothing to get exited about , but i drove 700 miles total now and the mpg its still very good im always getting 55+ mpg that thats mix of a,b roads + highways etc today i went from Southampton to Warminster about 100 mile trip and and my mpg went from 55to 56 , 50% of the journey only in ev mode , thats pretty impressive . Only advise i can give to everyone its make sure you check the car through out on the day you collect because after my first wash i found few small scratches on the car and im know i didnt do them myself , but the obviously i never checked the car when went to collect it ...

Hi , Sorry i been very busy recently it all came in same time new car collection and moving house . Im absolutely loving it so far mpg its very good , it will take me some time to get used to it and with hybrid you have to learn how to drive it to get the best out of it , the Lexus Link App helps a lot .

Exciting news. My dealer called me this morning my car it's already in the dealership and I'm collecting on the 22 of March . That's 3 months 15 days from ordering .

This is strange exactly what my dealer has told me too ,which dealer did you order from ?? My dealer told me the fact that im not reciving any notification at all from lexus could be because the system change . It dont really bother me to much the wait now shouldnt be much longer From what i seen on the Nx thread people do get notifications in the app

I did ask the dealer for an update today and been told car its on the sea now and should be here anytime between end of march - 14 april 😉

On my invoice i have 1st of May 2022 but when i was placing the order i been told the begining of April and he said they like to put a longer date on the invoice just in case as otherwise if it doesent happen on time people get angry with them haha

Apprently my car has been in build for almost month now and still have nothing in the app and no emails at all on the 7th of March it will be 3 months since i placed my order and i will ask my dealer for some proper update whats going on .

17th may for collection or the build starts ?? 😮

Hi Dazzle1198 As i previously said my dealer informed me the cars its in "build" on the 8th but i havent heard nothing since no email that the car has been build , yet still no luck in the app , in my case the garage section where the order meant to show its not even visible ... Do you have the garage icon in your app ?
