  1. I did all that and even forget all personal information, nothing worked. After many hours of messing about, I changed voice from Lexus online to Apple car play. This seemed to activate Apply Car play and everything started working again! Hope this thread helps someone else. R
  2. Hi all, looking for some input / help. ux250h premium sport edition with standard audio. Applecar play worked originally, but now will not load. I have removed the car from car play on my phone , reset the phone, tried different port etc, still nothing? The phone is detected and shows up as a USB device for audio. Any ideas how I fix?

  9. We ordered ours, premium sports plus in Mercury Grey on 13th February. Told expected delivery now 18th August by the dealer. Can’t track on app or any other way. R

  11. How do you guys track your cars, I only have an order number but cannot figure out 1. How to add the car to the app (Lexuslink) It asks for Reg No, Vin No, scan QR code It does not let me add any other way? R
  12. I'm waiting for the dealer to get back to me, with cost implications. We've ordered a UX250h Premium Sports Edition in Mercury Grey. According to the leaflet published on the forum, there is no direct replacement for this model and Mercury Grey is replaced with Platinum. So not sure what we would end up with, as it is not clear. R
  13. Hi all, ordered UX250H in Feb, delivery expected July 26th, but I am now thinking about the upgrades in 2023 model due August. Particularly the multi-‘media system upgrade. looking for input on how best to proceed? 1. Cancel and re-order (another 5 month wait) 2. Keep and part ex? R
  14. According to my dealer this revision will be for cars in delivered in 2023. My ordered car expected July will not be affected.
  15. No idea what will happen with ours, ordered Feb 2022, expected delivery July 22, would prefer the upgraded MM system! but then Mercury Grey has been removed??? Has there been any change in boot capacity at all, the leaflet does not give any info.
