I have an Nx 350H. It has Bridgestone 235 50 R20 tyres. I am going on a long journey on Thursday with a full load and have checked my tyre pressure. They were set at 2.7 bar by the Lexus dealer! According to the plate on the B pillar up to 160 k/h they should be 2.3. But what if I have a full load? The manual says refer to the sticker. Over 160 km/h is 2.5. The lexus web site just says 2.5 but doesn't specify if that is or without a full load. My lexus dealer is saying 2.5 but that doesn't agree with anything i can find. Does anybody have any suggestions?

No problem. I hope you get it sorted. Interestingly yesterday when I went out, it recognised the key but during the drive it said it couldn't load the profile and I needed to sign in again to lexus. It did this about 3 times. Eventually when I got home I logged in . Let's see what it does now...

Hi. I don't think so. There are about 7 or 8 different software numbers. When we first went back to the dealership they compared them to 3 other cars and they all had different numbers. Nothing matched at all. So the numbers I have now will be different to your new numbers I suppose.

We haven't had any problems with the phone before or after so hopefully you will be OK( apart from it kept forgetting the actual phone) honestly it's made it a different car. We are just hoping it stays this way. One thing I've noticed is that we still don't have all the features on the phone app like they show on the YouTube set up video by Northside Lexus Deep dive. TBH I'm not bothered. I think a lot of the things are gimmicks to impress the neighbours!

So far it's been good. It recognises you when you get in rather than waiting to see the phone. It hasn't forgotten me yet....... it did another update yesterday but it didn't reset the system like the first one did. Its a bit like the new computer scenario. You get all excited about what it can do but in reality you only use the basics. We've set the interior lighting and radio stations as well as getting rid of the 'check the back seat'warning. And if course the seats. If it can remember these I think we are happy. It's changed our feeling about the car and made us much more happy with it. We didn't know anything about the update until we turned the ignition on and it said there was update. It was then just like day one. Select language etc.

Exciting news!!!! Just had an over the air update and the option to have the key as a profile device is now available!

Just found out that Lexus won't allow the key fob to be used to load the profile on a fleet car. Mine is on personal contract hire with Kinto. Kinto say this is because I don't own the car. Can anyone throw any light onto why this would make a difference? I can use my phone to load a profile ( so long as the system actually remembers to work) so am at a loss why?

They might get their act together when the likes of What car and Auto Car get to hear about it and start to write poor reviews.

That's really good. You have done better than me! I've not got as far as being invited to add car play. Has it now given you the option to attach your key? TIP OF THE DAY. BE CAREFUL WHEN WASHING SALT FROM UNDER THE BACK BUMPER WITH A HOSEPIPE. IF YOU THEN SPRAY THE NUMBER PLATE THE BOOT OPENS. OOPS!

I think that there is a major issue that both lexus and toyota are fully aware of. The dealers are also fully aware of the issue. However the dealers will have been told to play dumb whilst lexus has gone back to the software supplier and created stink. Lexus will be absolutely fuming that this has hit the new model and there will be major ramifications for that supplier. They will be under tremendous pressure to find a solution but considering its been going on for a while across both brands it doesn't look like there is a quick fix.

Nothing as yet but exciting that there could be an ota issued today

Hello I've got an NX 350h. Sometimes when I lock it with either the key fob or the button on the handle it beeps 5 times. It locks up fine. I've checked the car for open doors, engine still on but can't see any reason. If you unlock and lock it again it doesn't beeps. Does anybody have any ideas?

We have the same situation as you with the two profiles. This is fine until it then forgets them. It should have the key option according to the dealer. Its is a premium plus.

I think the dealer. The dealer told me that if I went straight to lexus they would refer me back to them in order that they could raise a dispute case.
