  1. Well mine was a regular 43 until an over-the-air software upgrade arrived in December. Then it dropped like a stone to 37..where it remains. I spoke to Lexus Guildford on this and they said (i) it was the cold weather and (ii) that they do not take account of data from forums and the like. They are taking the car in next week...but that's because the electric door handlers freeze and lock me out of the car. I have to wrap the driver's door handle with a cloth overnight to stop it from freezing. Not sure who to turn to next as I'm positive [especially having read all the EV figures above!!] that the EV mileage is poor.
  2. Quite surprised that my windscreen washers froze recently. Initially, I blamed myself for not filling the w/washer tank with a screen wash and water mix. But when I went to remedy that and found that as I poured the mixture it leaked out from under the car. So my question is: is there an overfill / spill-off tucked away down there[which is out of sight] which prevents the overfilling of the w/washer tank? I actually expected to fill it right up to the very top. Perhaps mine w/washer tank has split due to the recent cold weather?
  3. [NX 450h+] I've had a similar experience with the petrol filler flap, having to resort to pulling out the boot cover plate and opening it manually. Let's hope Lexus can sort this soon. Additionally, since the over-the-air system upgrade a few weeks ago the EV mileage dropped from 43 to 38...and stayed there ever since. Has anyone else experienced this c.12% drop in EV performance?
  4. My NX450h+ is now a whole week old! I've had frustrations with the SmartLink user bit [always seen as a guest] and navigation [no motorways used on route planning despite the motorway icon being correctly set] etc. I sorted those myself. But what I am failing with is the Traffic reports. I get no RDS either on FM or DAB and not a flicker on the navigation screen. What I do see on the Traffic Display [setup] page is Auto [which I've ticked] and "...searching [with my phone tethered to the car providing data services to it]. But nothing at all on the nav screen in terms of road colours / icons / warnings [as MB at Porsche and even my Ford do!] etc. I note from the on-line audio manual for this model [a good 362 page read..]that I need a subscription to iCloud navigation. The dealership don't know if I have one or not or if it is free for the first two or three years [all my Porsche and MBenz ones were...]. So how does one get such a contract, as having sat at Stonehenge the other day for over an hour in traffic I could really use some for of traffic alert -iCloud or RDS. Any thoughts would be most welcome.
  5. We have had exactly the same happen; we ordered on Jan 5th from Hedge End, told it would be there late May, possibly June. Based on that we sold our 33 months old Porsche Macan S in very late April and gritted out teeth for what we thought would be a few weeks with just one car. Sales person [MH, by any chance?] did not contact us as he promised to do, then began failing to answer our emails enquiring about delivery. It's only when I rang to get that question answered that we discovered that he had left months ago [writing this in mid May, now] and that our new NX 450h+ would be arriving in September [now mid July we are told....]. We've had new MBs [ S Class] and Porsche [911 / Macan etc] for the last 25 + years and never had this lack of attention. We also run, as the house run-about, a Ford estate and our Ford dealership is brilliant in every respect. So, for our first Lexus, we are not overly impressed.
