Is it possible to change the pioneer system to the Levinson one? Do I need extra cables?

I sometimes get a double pop sound from rear speaker and no audio is coming from head unit. The volume control works and cd is playing but I have to switch unit off and on about 30-40 times before popping stops and sound comes on. Any help much appreciated as I have a long drive soon and no music will be a nightmare.

Is the Lexus Is220d Sat Nav- Stereo Media Player a straight swap out for standard unit or does it require extra wiring harness? I would like to know before I attempt to remove stock unit please.

My 2007 IS220D is showing VSC error but when the garage plugged it in it came up as a battery temp sensor error code. Anybody else experience this? Cannot go over 3000rpm without the car going into limp mode.
