    it used to a popular method of overcoming car alarms prior to stealing them, but not seen any for a few years now, and i havent seen any new cars done like this before. so not much help really sorry

    nice one BOB i was just in the process of looking into this matter myself, i dont care what they look like as long as the wheels fit. i like you initially found the goodyears on mytyres and immediately gave it up due to the cost factor, but now im back in the hunt for some. :D

    these were all the rage in the ski shops in switzerland, but i thought the same what if yours is a non standard shape, if you bend it it would squige out everywhere

    weve got a scoobie doo wrx as a our response traffic car at work, when the poor thing was on trial last year it was badly abused by most of the team. not by me you understand, im the only one that washes it :D i had esp on my golf 4 motion and it was unbelievable, no matter what mistakes you made it just corrected them instantly everytime, very safe car to drive at speed ( when it wasnt in the dealers getting repaired that is)

    the main roads are fine now, if you travel upto north yorkshire you have to realise that it takes us farmers a bit longer to sort the roads out coz weve gotta feed the cows and sheep before we get round to gritting the roads. :P

    from what ive experienced and read it is normal for this sound, however as posted on other threads if you just put your foot on the clutch a tiny bit earlier and change gear a tiny bit slower from 1st to 2nd the change becomed silent. you will get used to changing gears once in use, i know it tokk me a few days to sort it out. my wife only drives it once a month and everytime she sets off it makes the same clunk until she remembers then it goes away again. im hoping my new trd quickshift will remove the problem if it ever arrives that is

    dunno about repairs but your cars just reaching pubity at that mileage, from what ive seen you can double that with ease. suppose if you doing 20000 miles a year thats still nearly 9 years motoring cant say that about many other cars can you

    its no worse than a bmw or similar sized saloon, ive seen more accidents with bmw`s than lexii, maybe thats just because there so :tsktsk: common having said that iv commandiered the wifes land rover for the next week :winky: your right the lexus it is a prestige car and i want to keep it that way

    looks good. appears to be 1 piece moulding, i wonder which country thats in, if thats a church in the background probably the USA, any ideas

    depends how much money i have at the time, hopefully ill have enough for the rx300 maybe 2-3 yr old but hopefully the new rx400 will mean lots of trade ins of the rx300 sending the price down further. mind u by the time i can afford to get a new car we will all be driving electric cars anyhow

    i must say im not bothered what the new is looks like cause my next motor is gonna have to be 4x4 whether i like it or not. the first hint of snow and i cant get up the hill im sure the new car will be lovely looking and great build quality. patience is a virtue my friends :)

    thank ***, i thought the whole pic had downloaded for a second there. a very innocent pic of my sheep florence, but could be used against me at a later date. the pic was obviously too big which is why it didnt load, just as well, if i can get the hang of resizing pics i willpost you a pic :winky:

    WTF !!!!!!!!! i have no idea how this pic ended up in this post, however i was updating some pics at the time so somehow i think i must have clicked on the attachment at the bottom anyway i may aswell introduce Florence seen as though shes here for all to see. if you want to buy her fleece ive just put it on ebay for sale thats why she is wearing her warmer. anyway ill get my coat now

    well its a white out outside now and a real strong blizzard, just what i need before my football match in the morning, trying to drive my is up a 1/4 mile bendy 1 in 5 hill :duh:
