  2. Thanks for all tour help people! M45 is what I was after!.. The max Boost is 0.5 bar not 5psi sorry .I had the water pump pulley changed,the engineer did a verry nice job! I'll get back to Harrop today and see what they can find out..If I get any interesting info I'll leet youl know. Cheers Graham.
  3. Hey me again..sorry last Question promise Been looking all day and cant find what im looking for. Does any one know the modle number of the eaton supercharger and it aint (AM27906)thats the kit..could it be AM27531? They sent me this.............. "There should be a small bar-code sticker on the side of the casting that is sandwiched between the front cover and the main housing. If so, please advise of the numbers on the bar-code sticker" Thanks for all your help Graham ;)
  4. Sorry forgot my spectacales again...thanks for your help dude.. Its not a TDI kit as i had one made up and tested by an engineer,boost is up to 5lb..

A standard 1988 Sierra RS Cosworth can pull 230kph(143mph for you old chaps that aint in the metric age)!hit 60mph in 5.8 and do the 1/4 in 14.4..thats with only 152.1kw(204bhp)..and they only weigh in at 1200kg...the lex on the other hand weighs 1395kg and has 150bhp. (info from Guinnes world Car records archives recorded by autocar and motor) I have only seen maybe 3 Cosworths on the road ever as they wa $95k(NZD) when new..I have however raced many Lancer Evolutions,Nissan Skylines,WRX sti's and the most dangerous car on our motorways the HSV..and would not recomend to anyone in a IS200/300/Altezza..unless your packing a Supra RZ engine or a V8. Hi all having a real nightmare with this problem now,the three little screws have snaped,and my charger is blowing little if not no boost..would any of you know where i could aquire torque settings for the cover on the front of the charger as i need to have my local Toyota dealership pull it apart,they tell me it sounds like a drive shaft bearing.. any help would be much appreciated. :) Thanks;Graham

Hi all I would think an induction kit would do naught for performance... the standard box has been constructed to eliminate the chargers high pitched sound, :shutit: but also has a short straight inlett pipe meaning its more efficient. Best bet would be to a free flow filter element,K&N do one as I have one fitted. Cheers:Graham
  9. Hey guys I've had a TTE silencer fitted since 2001 no probs, sounds good (no drone) and looks great. I agree with the anti boyracer comments coming from NZ every piece of ***** has a big exhaust with a lot of sound .......its nice to be inconspicious. Thanks Graham
  10. hi all..has anyone had any problems with a clunky sound coming from the supercharger?(TTE Compressor kit) Is the oil reservoir ment to be toped all the way to the top? Thanks for any help,it will be most appreciated! Graham(in New Zealand)
