Hi - maybe you can help me locate a brake actuator unit form a GS 300 for an Aristo Mk 11; what was the name of the 'scrapper' you got your parts from? Hope you can help - Bugsy

Can anyone help me locate a new, or preferably good condition used, brake actuator for a series II Aristo TT V 300 - JZS 161? Is this completely different to those fitted to a regular GS 300?

I'm using a guy in Birmingham; not yet fitted as car is in Scotland for 3 weeks. When it's back I'll be booking in. If I'm happy with it I'll gladly pass on the details etc. but I wont recommend anything that I haven't tested. I've tried to make contact by phone but without success, so I've gone and bought the full centre console out of a 54 reg SE-L that was written off; it was actually half the price of the £600 I was going to pay for the converter, but I have to have it fitted. ( Anybody know any wiring wiz-kids? ) I'll write to the guy regarding the converters and let you know anything positive. I will pursue the original conversion

Can anyone suggest where I can get a pair of rear shockers for a 2000 Aristo? They need to be the adjustable type - currently has TOMS fitted. Also looking for rear ball joints for same car -4 wheel steering model. Thanks for any help.

Best quotes I had were with First Alternative and Norwich Union Direct. Went with the latter as they gave a better rate for imported models.

Hello Tempo - I had the cloth interior on my wife's Mk 11 RX 300 changed a couple of months ago for Sussex leather trim. Cost was £800 + VAT.(£100 extra for the perforated seat inners). I used a local company to me , in Leicester - Auto-Trim Systems. Contact is Peter Swann ,owner, on 0116 266 4112. They've done a suberb job and we're really pleased with it. Needed about a month to book it in and they took 3-4 days to complete it. If I knew how to post a photo for you , I would, so I'll have to wait til the weekend for my wife to send it ,if you want to see it. Cheers, Bugsy.
