no, but wish they could. use landrover off road with work so dont think lex would of been too suitable, it struggles in a bit of snow on the road never mind off it :D .

unfortunatley ive sold the car because i have a works landrover that i can use for personal use, so thats what im gonna be driving for now. a far cry from the comfort and luxury of the lexus. im missing it already and it hasnt even gone yet!!

well my car has finally sold , went on ebay for an absolute bargain, in my opnion, at 8,200. for a 2001 y se i think thats a great deal for the guy who has bought it. will be very sad to see it go when he comes to pick it up but i will definitley be telling him about this website and all the helpful and knowledgeable people on it hopefully in a few years i will be able to afford an IS250 and i will be back!!! :)

does anybody know how i can get my hands on one of those sky boxes that some pubs have to show premiership football live on a saturday, even when it isnt on sky tv.

i totally agree and understand what your all saying but just done a quick check on autotrader and for the same age and mileage and price there is an astra and a 206 and a beetle and a mini. all not bad cars but not a patch on the lexus there is so much car for the money, especially compared to these. it will be a sad day when i finally sell it and buy a ford puma or whatever( for the wife) and only have a grand left.

been trying to sell my IS 200 now for weeks. bearing in mind i bought the car in jan 05 for 11,000 from a dealer(its a low mileage y by the way) in now gonna be happy to get 8,500 for it and i think ill be lucky to get that. its been in trader 4 times and no one has been round to look at it and its on e-bay with no bids. i wouldnt mind but its in great condition and a lot of car for the money. is it just a bad time of year to sell or is the IS de-preciating that quickly. when a bought it, after looking at a few others 11,000 wasnt a bad price. i cant believe such great cars like the IS are worth as little as they are

anyone ever stayed in the hotel at alton towers. looks good but is an awful lot of money, anyone know if its really worth it. also anyone one ever been to the waterpark there. dosent seem to be many real slides there.

my run of bad luck continues. pulled my car off the drive yesterday to discover that there is a massive nail through the top of the tyre. does anyone know if this can be repaired or am i lokking at a new tyre. if so does anyone have an idea how mucha standard one is. its the front passanger side and my wheels are 17".

i make a point of cleaning my wheels every week in the hope that they wont coorode. but they have and i only do at the very most 200 miles a week in my car, thats if man utd sre playing at home, if not maybe 50 miles and they have still corroded. im that pi***d off that im thinking of seeling it. its riducolous!!

as we all know the alloys on the IS are s**t. despite having mine refurbed in november they need doing again. in everyone elses experiance, would you recommened buying a new set of non lexus ones or buying a new set of lexus ones(anybody know a price) or should i just get them refurbed agian. this is something that totally f**** me off with lexus. its about time it got sorted. you dont pay 20,000+ for a car and have the alloys mess up every 6 months. lets hope the ones on the new model are a big improvement
